I assemble and weld most of the time. I weld MIG, Stick, TIG, Fluxcore.
A similar press I use. It runs on windows 95
Same model Shear that we have. Can cut up to 1/4" thickness
I also use Horizontal band saw, vertical band saw, oxy-acetylene cutting torches, drill press, and every other hand held tools out there.

ed. Phattmatt. I hate TIG. I used to weld aluminium 10 years back for 5 months or so. The company I worked for would've gotten a shitload of fines if a health inspector had seen our so called "airconditioning". And the fucking irony of all is, the company manufactures huge airconditioning devices... We had a crappy little vaccuum that was worthless so we didn't use it. It was suposed to be moved to the spot where we were welding but the crane was broken. So one day we had spare time with another guy and we thought why throw all that scrap metal away? Let's build our own welding booth! We managed to connect the air conditioning hoopajoob to the roof and vi-ola! We has our own welding clubhouse The only thing we did with über-quality was the airconditioning gig for a new bigass movie theatre that was being built. Since we were anyway gonna be enjoying it ourselves, so why not make it perfect
