when I was 17 I ran from the police. I was in a car full of knuckleheads on our way to a friends house when we arrived at the friends house it was surrounded by cops. We parked the car and all ran out like a bunch of retards. We werent doing anything illegal at the moment, but when one person started running, everyone started running. I ran behind some apartment complex
When I was caught, I was told to lay face down on the ground with my arms and legs spread out.
When the police officer approached me, he gave me a hard kick to the shoulder as a I was on the ground, telling me "sorry" in a "I did this on purpose" tone of voice.
I deserved it. I didnt get arrested. I went home that very night.
I wonder what it's like to be a police officer and have to deal with these Gang scumbags on a daily basis... knowing that the gang members have no respect for the police... and that they might possibly shoot the officer or kill someone trying to escape...?
My friend is a Sgt in our police force in Fairfax county... and he is disgusted with the gang members and he is a laidback guy... they recently had a crackdown on ms13 and sent a bunch back to where they are from...
Cops need to set the example... but day after day trying to help and serve people... knowing that a large portion of the people don't like you and will give you as much grief as they can....
I wonder if cops will just quit after awhile and then people can see what it's like without them... especially in Southern Cali?

Love is the answer
I didn't see where the dog bit him, but they should not have kicked him or hit him with the flashlight/baton.ATG wrote:

When A guy is spread eagle face down on the ground, why did they have to let the dog in to have a bite?
btw, these guys are not illegal. Illegal immigrants cant be on parole. Illegel immigrants get deported when they get convicted and serve their time.
You are correct. Someone else began a rant about illegals, and I ran with it. If they are American citizens, well, none of my tirade about illegals applies. It is all still true, but just has no bearing in this topic.Man With No Name wrote:

That being said, for an American citizen, this guy looks like one stand up individual; a credit to his family.
yeah the kind of guy you want your daughter to marry and father your grand children.imortal wrote:

bet he's got a bunch of kids already. I knew a guy who had 9 kids from a bunch of different chicks. Had tattoos all over his face, head and body.
oh yeah, this was when he was 25.

This guy makes 'Idiocracy' seem plausible.
the cop deserves to go to prison.
I dont think so. At the same time I don't think its right to have something like this be so celebrated. The fact remains that he had surrendered. What is also true is that the cop should be given leeway in a situation like that. No harm, no foul. The gangbang fucker knew he was gonna get it.
Here's what I see. A criminal running from the police. Cops chase him and are aggravated. Criminal hits parked car, sprints away, sees a fence and sees no way out. Surrenders, spreads his legs, shows his hands. At this point the cops should've tackled him, cuffed him and been on with their days.
Why they decided to kick him in the face, beat him with flashlights, is beyond me. You can clearly see the man did not struggle. Cops like this are the type of people who should be in jail. (and the criminal.)
If anyone here argues about how he got what he had coming, you are just another moron. He surrendered. He has a whole mess of shit to come, jail time, ass rapings, etc. etc. Cops who break the law are hypocritical penis lickers.

That made for a good laugh.
Actually, all I will admit to is that he appears to have surrendered. It would be interesting to know if his mouth was running as he was down there, or if he was playing any kind of passive games. Of course, abusing him once he is detained is deplorable. It is really, really hard to keep your emotions reined in during all of that, but we expect that of our law enforcement officers. These guys should be repremanded and sent for follow-up training.

EL MONTE - The police officer who sources inside City Hall say kicked a gang member in the head after a long car chase Wednesday also owns a clothing company that glorifies gang and prison life.
In addition, court records show the officer, George Fierro, has filed a lawsuit against the El Monte Police Department alleging he has been passed over for promotions because he reported suspected criminal behavior by fellow officers.
A news video shows the officer, identified as Fierro, kick El Monte Flores gang member Richard Rodriguez, 23, in the in head after a half-hour chase.

lol... maybe he was raised in a rival gang? And if a dirty cop, then I guess he would be less likely to obey the rules, which means that he is an exeption, and not a 'de facto' policy creator, right?Man With No Name wrote:

funny thing about this dude is that he snitched out other police officers for fucking up on the job.
..and the plot thickens
Looks to me like they’re celebrating having apprehended him, not the kick. The guy that kicked him needs to be disciplined. End of story really.
Xbone Stormsurgezz
They would get in a shit load of trouble for shooting him probably. They have to be "scared to death" for their life or the life of someone else to be legally allowed to shoot him. Once he was out of the car, he couldn't really kill anyone with anything other than his bare hands, so that probably would not hold up.VspyVspy wrote:
It is a pity they didn't shoot the dumb fuck. It would be cheaper in the long run for everyone and one less fuckwit to contaminate the gene pool.
Give the cops a medal I say.
The head kick guy won't be advancing in the pay scale easily, but nothin else will happen IMO. Other than that wasn't that bad. The K9 didn't do anything wrong, hardly a flashlight beating as much as restraining. High-fives aren't banned IIRC.
I disagree. I dont believe the guy who kicks him should be disciplines. It happens everyday in LA. Cops always get rough on suspects, suspects end up doing a fraction of their jail time because the jails are full. It is what it is.Kmarion wrote:

Guarantee, dude get beat up alot harder by his friends for his gang initiation

This guy should consider himself lucky that a smack to the head was all he got since he deserved way more. He is as lucky as the people he didn't give a shit about as he recklessly engaged in a high speed escape attempt.
I am disheartened you feel anger and not support toward the police charged with stopping people like this and sympathy for this animal being treated like an animal. In fact I think animals deserve better treatment than this piece of shit.
My only regret is that he did not die slowly in his little car accident and save all of us tax payers the trouble of "due process". Oh well, the honest law abiding citizen can't win them all I suppose.
I do notice not a word spoken about the potential victims of this jerk-offs actions and the fact that he no longer poses a threat. Your only concern is about the criminals well being and his comfort.

Ah yes, the classic lowing argument: we should treat criminals as they treat us.lowing wrote:

Er no, cos we ain't criminals, are we?
