Got about £100 free after this week's paycheque. Anyone got any recommendations as to what to spend it on? Current options are:

1) Buy 2x 80gb SATA drives, stick them in RAID 0;
2) Buy a Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music;
3) Save the money until next week, and buy 2x 74gb Raptors, and then RAID 0 them;
4) Buy an Opteron 144 (CABNE stepping) and overclock the bollocks off it.

Current system spec:

A64 3700+ (San Diego)
2gb Dual Chan Corsair
7800 GTX
120gb HDD
Audigy 2
17" TFT

i would save the money and do nothing, theres nothing worth upgrading, cept maybe HDD, but seriously, you dont need any more

yeah ive got raptors, and did with my old sempron and i beat my mates fx 55 with a normal 120gb hdd into the game we both had same gfx cards and 2gb of ram in dual channel

I just got that sound card on monday, its wicket with the creative 7.1 speakers!  amazing quality of sound an its a gr8 card.

sound cards does not matter unless you have 5.1 + speakers
