They're both money pits, the Saab will be safer and more comfortable, the 944 more fun and likely to have the hood ripped.

The GSR sedans are pretty rare. I rescued mine from some jackass that neglected it. Sold it to me back in 2005 for $2500 because it wouldn't cross into VTEC and the oil light would flicker around hard turns. I fixed a couple oil leaks and added oil, magically it worked again, DERP.

Got bored with the power so I pieced together a turbo kit. Made 319whp on the dyno 4 years ago, haven't done anything except bigger brakes since. just drive it. Has 251,000 miles on it now No issues.

DeLorean Sells For $541K: 'Back To The Future' Car Auctioned

One of the original DeLorean DMC-12 cars used as time machines in the "Back To The Future" movie trilogy was put on auction and sold for a high bid of $541,000, Hemmings.com reports. Part of the proceeds for the car, one of seven built for the film series and allegedly one of only three remaining, went to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. Had the car not been one of the DeLoreans used for the Robert Zemeckis-directed film, it'd be worth around $30,000.

The DeLorean has been experiencing a pop culture revival of late. In October, it was announced that the DeLorean Motor Company of Texas, a new company formed in 1995 dedicated to buying up old parts from original model DeLoreans, would produce an electric version of the car made partially from those old parts. Just go to autozone or NAPA and tell them you need a fuel filter for a crown vic.
