My usual method of getting music from bands I like is to get an album, listen to it, and keep the songs I like for later enjoyment. However, I'm feeling exceptionally lazy and decided in my infinite wisdom to accept suggestions from the BF2s userbase.
As for genre, I'm more of a rock and roll/classic rock/hard rock kind of guy than new crap, but I'll still probably give anything a whirl. I'd also like to get some more (read --->) good songs from bands I already like (I may already have your suggestion, but say it anyway), such as the following: ACDC, The Kinks, Boston, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Killers, Weezer, and so on
