Well.... I don't have much to say but this:
It's gash, shit, terrible, boring, ugly, repetitive and shit.
I played through an entire city, and all you do is the same thing over and over again. Get a few guys, go to a building, blow it up or kill everyone in it and then take it over. Rinse and repeat. What makes it even worse is that the gunplay is horrendous and the graphics aren't good either.
You gotta drive around the pathetically filled cities and it's bad, real bad. The car handling is attrocious and the city just feels dead.
Plot? Even worse. No need for it in the end. All you do is kill people. The only "positive" part about it is the hit contracts, where you have to kill people in specific ways. Other than that, this game serves no other purpose but to bore the hell out of you.
My last comments: Do not touch. Even with a bargepole.
