The banks, and specifically U.S. Banks relies on ignorance of the public.

This video is interesting. Watching the guards try and explain that they have a different interpretation of what is legal and not, it seems to me that they unwittingly provide an example that the banks think they are above the law.

One of the guys in the video is a police officer.
