None. He's Kantonian, born and raised in pewter city. He clearly has some kind of genetic defect though as his hair isn't the normal blue/green/pink.

US accent can be faked, especially since Mexico borders Texas (admittedly Brock does not have a Texan accent, per se).

What is puzzling however, is that while Pokemon is clearly a Japanese television series, one could never quite tell the origins of Brock.

An Asian, from no country in particular, that learnt English in America but his teacher had spent a large part of their life in Europe. Possibly some African routes somewhere in his family tree, but primarily Asian.
