Right now the following AU people play TF2:

Jestar
Graven
Flakko (He knows what I mean)
Cheez
and me.

We all need to try and make it into a server sometime and play on the same team.

Any suggestions for times/servers or even things to do would be awesome.

I have no times/servers to suggest, but I have some ideas on what to do:
UberSniper:
Have a medic follow a sniper around and do as much damage as you can - nothing's more annoying than a sniper you can't kill.

UberChain:
2 or more Medics with Ubersaws continually Heal/Saw and keep an Uber up as long and often as possible.

Me an jester have done the uber other teams spy before. Its pretty hilarious.

But Tf2 shits me, so I dont really play it.

Spawn camping as engies on Golddust1 to the point where the enemy team gets desperate enough to charge an uber inside the spawn room.

That's if you can persuade Cheez to play engy, I've never seen him do it before.
