It is patched heavily, runs decently atm. Much better compared to the vanilla and release version.

I just played some again recently, sat and thought about how annoying it was I never had a pearl weapon... ~30 minutes later I got this:

Right after the second screen shot was taken, I ordered my guys to open fire, but a Humvee gunner killed me

I imagine that something like this would be easier to do in the ARMA 2 editor; OFP is nearly 10 years old

I recommend to download ACE mod for it too. Google that up, its realism mod for the game and really gets it on totally new level.

To help choose how to set it up, I recommend tool called Addon Sync by Yomatools. There are plenty of guides for it on the web and if those aren't enough just PM me and we'll get you going.

Not a screenshot but well, its better. Some ArmA 2: OA - ACE Mod gameplay. Played some domination in multiplayer coop. Watch in 1080p thanks. (damn movie maker made some ugly edges but never mind those)
