Barely ANY new laws/Old laws are changed simply because it takes way too long, most rulings are defined from past cases where other judges have ruled the 'law'. There is no reason to change old laws, it takes way too long and people know what is right/wrong.

Do you know what the law is? I mean - do you know why it's put in place? What it's supposed to represent? Simple point. If the law is in place it can be enforced. If the law is in place and is no longer applicable, drop it from the books. If this was a simple law, it would be easier to just ignore it. It is not a simple law, it is in the constituition and would require an amendment. The whole idea of him being elidgible to hold the office is really not a concern for me. I am simply stating that the idea of just ignoring the constituition because it is a convienient way to deal with it is not how I feel it should be handled.Hakei wrote:
