Have you noticed slowed speed from them since they were handed over to new management? I was getting ~650kb/s when I usually (before they threatened to close down) get 1.2mb/s

Thanks for the Filefront idea Catbox, got 200 KB/s now
I've never had fast download speed here, but to me it seems to have increased by about 25% on Filefront

I only played some Operation BP, but I really liked it. It probably had to do with the players on the server, we were having great teamplay and moderate tactics, it was awesome!

I noticed an improvement in hitreg, but nothing really else. I have yet to try the jets

I wish I had a PC that would run BF2, hopefully after Christmas, maybe sooner.

I should try to go to my friend's house over the weekend.

So, how long do you guys think this game will continue to retain popularity??? I hope it lasts a long time, like the other BF games have done somewhat, and how it is now to some degree. I don't think I've ever seen this many people play a game this old for this long, especially with mediocre patch support for this long.

Because a few of us have rather fast computers and we get kicked by PB for loading the map faster then the server. The only fix is by alt-tabbing and slowing down the map load.
