Wasnt it something about not being able to see?  I lol'd, only just finding that out are we!?

Really happy to see the likes of williams and toyota up there.

Am still predicting half the field being taken out on the first corner (cause of those front wings) but meh.

Nakajima is that high up the board? Holy hell.

This could be one different season compared to all others: potentially a non-ferrari and non-mclaren winner this year...

If those times are anything to go by, we could be looking at Williams/Red Bull/Brawn/Toyota.

I was about to say that, this season could be awesome in that sense. With the massive rule changes, almost a clearing of the slate, it's no surprise that the other teams are pulling through now

Also, Here's another good visual article describing the changes:

I could forsee a Brawn 1-2 coming up in their first ever race. They are just that good.

McLaren are apparantly getting new pieces by the Spanish Grand Prix on 10th May. Thats quite a long time and a lot of potential points lost for Hamilton and McLaren. I predict that after the Spanish Grand Prix McLaren's season will begin.

I'd like to see Barrichello make a charge on the title this year, would be fitting for a man of such experience in Formula 1 to earn something finally for his patience and dedication. He would be my preferred choice should Hamilton not make as much of an impact this year.

What are your guys top 8 predictions?

Mine would be:
1. Barrichello (Brawn-Mercedes)
2. Button (Brawn-Mercedes)
3. Rosberg (Williams)
4. Trulli (Toyota)
5. Alonso (Renault)
6. Nakajima (Williams)
7. Fisichella (Force India)
8. Raikonnen (Ferrari)

Of course I'm still rooting for Lewis but until the MP4-24 gets a major boost they're going to go nowhere. I'm still fucking excited 110%, the idea of 2008's bottom ten fighting it out this weekend is so unpredictable really

Definately getting up at 8AM for the race on Sunday, will probably look for a re-run of the Q, cba to get up at 7.

And I haven't seen any of them race in their new cars, so I don't want to predict anything (yaya, pussy etc). Maybe after Quali

Kovalainen had a decent Practice 1 by his standards. At one stage he was on top of the entire pack, so something must be ticking well in his car. I wouldn't bet against him getting some points this weekend.

Just watched the last 20 minutes of practice one and according to the commentator, the only teams using KERS this week-end are Ferrari and McLaren, as well as Heidfeld.

Alonso had some grip problems. Also, the difference between the soft and hard tire types seem to be bigger compared to last year. Other than that I didn't get much out of it. But holy shit, it was wierd watching the new cars race!

wierd, I'm pretty certain Kimi was in second after practice 1. Did Nakajima put in a last lap after everyone else/get a time fixed or something?

Also, guys, don't put too much in training times. I have a feeling Williams went for a low-gass set-up, trying to have a good Qualifying round (I think it works that way, not sure... meh)

Damn Williams and their dodgy diffusers....

I've always like Jarno Trulli since he was in with renault, unfortunately they gave him the "not-so great" great car, so he got stuck behind Alonso.

he's one of my fav driver right now.

Kovalainen starts 14
The 2 Ferrari 9 and 10.
