Mericans eat 'peanut butter and jelly'...

We eat peanut butter and jam tbh. Do they call jam jelly or is it just that they put jelly on sandwiches?
... I think Jam is more like a preserve, with fruit bits still in it, where as Jelly is just flavored goo.

The peanut butter and jelly sandwich, (PB&J), also known as a peanut butter and jam sandwich in the UK, Canada and Australia, is a sandwich that includes a layer of peanut butter and either jelly or jam on bread, commonly between two slices.

I'm surprised no one here has posted a recipe to make cereal or toast.

lol @ u rager!

What I meant is that our American friends say Jelly, which is Jam in Australia i.e. Jelly = Jam if you are an Aussie.

Hopefully that is now as clear as mud.

Couple pounds of ground beef, package of spaghetti noodles, jar of spaghetti sauce (preferably mushroom). Voila, spaghetti! Takes about 10 to 15 minutes to make and is very delicious (well at least for me it is, spaghetti is my favorite food... and I made some tonight as a matter of fact!)

not really a recipe but i'll tell you how to grill edible beef ribs.

- cut the sides into 2-3 rib segments
- trim as much fat as you can
- lightly boil the ribs for about 45 minutes.  this cooks the ribs and removes much of the fat
- toss them on the grille and immediately begin applying sauce to all the segment then turn them and apply more sauce.  repeat this 4 or 5 times. remember, you aren't cooking the ribs, you're applying sauce and lightly searing the meat.  work fast or they'll char.

Fuck me, its this simple:
Jelly (made from gelatin)
https://www.babygadget.net/pics/jelly.jpg
Jam (made from sugar and fruit)
https://www.theage.com.au/ffximage/2005/12/05/jam_narrowweb__300x381,0.jpg

As for simple recipes.

Omelet:
Separate 4 eggs.
Whip whites till firm.
beat yolks and add
1 table spoon grain mustard
salt, pepper and glove garlic
200g diced bacon/ham
half a finely diced onion and mix well.
Fold in egg whites and put into oiled pan on low-medium heat.
When sides have cooked, spread top with grated cheese and finish under a hot grill.

Pancakes:
batter
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk (or thickened cream for extra heart attack)
1/2 cup sugar
Beat ingredients till smooth and no lumps. Cook in a hot preheated lightly oiled pan (turn once ).

Filling:
Boil 1 can tinned fruit (strain off excessive amount of 'juice/syrup')
(alternative is use chopped fresh fruit and 1/3 cup of water)
tablespoon corn flower
1/3 cup sugar.
simmer for 5 minutes and allow to cool slightly.

Once pancake is cooked, place fruit on one side, fold over pancake and dust with icing sugar.

Water boiled, then pasta is poured in.
Meanwhile you put a bit of oil, then put tomato sauce (sugo in italian) abit of garlic and then you stur it with a spoon.
then when the pasta is done you mix the tomato sauce with the pasta.
There you go, you got a plate of pasta.
