Not really..
He took the gun from his father (sport shooting). The guns have to be saved in a double wall safe.
That guy shot a few times on targets in the cellar.
He said on the internet before:

It doesn't.
But it does make is less likely people have ammo, which makes shooting someone very difficult in the first place. You can come up with as many 'hero' stories as you like, but the fact still remains the US has over 4 times the number of gun related deaths and mass shootings compared the rest of the Developed world per capita. Also (I don't have the figures) but from memory most mass shootings in the US are not stopped by quick response citizens but rather by cops and or suicide.
