Inspired by this thread, I decided to start expanding my music. My dad knew Rory Gallagher personally and I quite like his music so I asked him for his CD collection so I could start ripping. What he gave me, I thought, was quite cool:

He's sure among the best and most passionate guitar players ever. Shame he died so early. Didn't like his haircut though. I have a great recording of him jamming cream songs together with Jack Bruce.

Have a look at the "Live in Concert Rockpalast" or the "Live at Montreux" DVDs. They're both great although the records are really old.
