So I hear things like this
"Here drink beer good"
Instead of.
"Here drink this beer, it is good."
"Here drink this beer, beer is good"

I now often find myself removing words from sentences that require them in my daily speech.

Simple rule:

Use an before any word beginning with a vowel, a before any beginning with a consonant.

E.g I went to the shops to get a bottle of milk and decided to get an apple as well.

Pretty sure that's correct.
