Its Bryn n Nessa off Gavin and Stacey doing their version of the Bee Gee's hit 'Islands in the sun'
Gavin n Stacey is filmed in my town Barry, we have umm, had an Island until they built a road connecting it, and its got a big beach and pleasure park (well few rides and arcades)
