Just very recently finished my 20Gb'ish collection of absolute essentials; now listening through my recently-acquired discographies of Led Zep, The Beatles, The Smiths, Pink Floyd etc. Not really my sort of music but it's always good to gain an appreciation for the old stuff that inspired so much of the new.

720p is usually around 4-5GB, DVD rips either 700MB or 1.4GB

DVD is about 700MB, 720p can be 4-6 GB.
