Well I remember seeing this about 3 months ago, and searched through 3 pages, but i forget how to change the thing where it says You Killed (so and so) to like You Owned (so and so)

its in a python file sumwhere right?

is it in the fragalyzer_log.py file?

it's in the languages folder of your bf2 install directory. I can't remember the exact location but it's the .utxt file e.g. english.utxt. I made a backup copy of the original and edited it in notepad. It is fairly simple to get the jist of it.
