Just leave the coefficients of the first answer as fractions.. especially with 6/7 and 13/3. If you make them decimals then they aren't exact.

You did nothing...Gawwad wrote:
(x) = 5(√x) + 4cos(x)
5x½ + 4cos(x)
I get 162π/5...Sheen1101 wrote:

I can't seem to get the answer......
thanks! and to your other post, webassign does not really tell me how to enter the answers unless mentioned in the problem like enter as in fraction or to how many decimal places. The ones that say were wrong I eventually got them right when I went to a math tutor.....webassign wanted the answer in fraction not decimals so that's why I got them wrong in the first place....mcminty wrote:

f(x) = 5x1/2 + 4cosx
I = ∫f(x)dx
= ∫ [5x1/2 + 4cosx] dx
= 5*x3/2/(3/2) + 4sinx + C
I = 10/3*x3/2 + 4sinx + C
