More likely just fire bugs who have just no brains whatsoever.

One was caught lighting a fire 10 mins away from where I live. He was named and shamed in the local newspaper after being charged with a whole list of offences by police. He will be spending a long time in jail because of it.

And as the article mentions, lighting a fire isn't exactly a glorious jihadist attack.

On Friday night, my area smelled like pea & ham soup + smoke cause of the fire at Lane Cove National Park. That one was real fucking close to houses.
