I wouldn't say 'perfect'. While it was annoying getting killed by noob tubers so often, it completely defeated the purpose of the weapon as it was designed. It was meant to take out squads of infantry when they bunched up. Now there's no reason for people not to move around the map in giant packs.

I tested it, and it wasn't registering with hits at a persons feet, the only kills I got was when I 'missed' and hit them in the foot instead. You might as well run around with the smoke launcher now because then you at least get some smoke out of it as they both require a direct hit to kill
a weapon that takes out an entire squad in one hit is something you want in a game?

Hopefully, because this pretty much screws up all the knowledge I had about judging distances in the tank etc. and cba to learn it all again, besides the fov is just plain annoying

What is up with the re-spawn times.  I die, time for re-spawn counts down.  Either if I click enter the battle before or after 15 seconds is up there is a ~5 sec delay before I spawn.  This is every time. PITA

No, but I would've been fine with them reducing the damage and keeping the blast radius the same. I don't need instant kills but it's supposed to be a 'finishing weapon' anyway.

Meh I don't even see what the problem is... default FOV is fine imo...

And I rarely use 1st person in vehicles anyway...

Yeah i never saw any graphical glitches in the tanks with a modified FOV.

Haven't used one since though so i can't really judge yet.

So after reading a bunch of these replies, seems like I'll be mostly happy, but very disappointed with the helicopter changes. Those were already easy enough to shoot down in the first place... but if enough noobs complain
It's satisfying to be able to hop in the Hind on Isla Innocentes and be able to hold off the entire enemy team who had been steamrolling your shitty team earlier.

And I'm glad they're trying to "balance" things, but when it comes to the point where you don't have to choose weapons based on your tactics or play style, but rather what you want your gun to look like and what iron sights you want to look through (if any), then it's massively retarded.

All around good patch, died of GL like once in the 1h I was online, same with GC... Only complaints would be the tracer dart change and some lagging which is understandable.

Ok, I laugh when someone accuses me of aimbotting. But when the victim is constantly sitting perfectly still out in the open with no cover in a 10m radius, and they accuse of aimbotting, that's just downright offensive
