this is rather cliche, but guinness is a different drink outside of ireland. that might be it

Guinness in London was about twice as good as it usually tastes here in the States, so I can only assume that in Ireland it's even better. It's still somewhat overhyped, but it's much better when you get it closer to the source.
oh no doubt people expect it to be better than it is what with the brand image it has, but still it's a lovely drink. and yes, if you ever have the pleasure of going to the sky bar in dublin, i can 100% say that place does the best pints of guinness i've ever tasted in the world.-CARNIFEX-[LOC] wrote:
