I work at a picture framing company, and we ship out 20-100 frames a day. We used to use UPS, but we had so many broken ones returned that we finally switched to FedEx. Haven't had hardly any broken frames since the switch.
I dont think I've ever had a broken package before I guess I'm just lucky.

Wow. It's weird how different it is all over the country, here I wouldn't trust anyone but UPS. One of the few times I used DHL, I caught the lady throwing my package over the roof of her van and into some rocks in the front yard.

It really doesn't have anything to do with the company. It is the driver's fault.
However, UPS seems to have a bigger collection of douche bags than FedEX.
Seems they are attracted to big/expensive shit too. Like, you buy some little 5$ item and it arrives in pristine condition. Then you buy like, a $400 video card and it comes in a mangled box and possibly damaged.

Never had problems with UPS.
For me, Fedex delivers to the wrong address(friend had this issue too), and DHL, well........ every time I've had something delivered by them they've fucked something up.

I don't know actually, tbh I don't think I've used them for like 5 years. Way back then, what made me stop using them, was one time they wouldn't leave this package at my house (because their truck comes by at like 11 am) and no one's there, so had to drive all the way across town to their warehouse to pick it up.
