Co-op singleplayer

Is co-op on singleplayer possible? I know it was in battlefield vietnam, it'd be cool if it was in BF2 aswell. I like playing singleplayer to get better at bombing and using the TV missles, but the pilots suck and don't go after tanks an such.

So, just wondering if anyone knew how to do it, or if it's even possible.

You could just create a game of your own and add bots to it. Dunno if its possible though...never tried. Havent played single player since the first day of bf2.

Yeah but the bots are dumb. They just fly around trying to kill one infantry guy, I want to shoot tanks and stuff.

no Coop like that with that much team oreintation is not that possible as the bots simply following there programming guidelines, your best bet is maybe if your intrested try joining a team oriented clan or get a good buch of guys that play well togther as a team and try that out. Wasting your time trying withthe coop

I do play with a bunch of guys that are really good, but I just thought it'd be good flight practice and such if me and my friend could play co-op.

Some guy made a stand alone version and it ROX ! Get it here It has Jets, all the maps AA is preety good and Bots will kik your ass in jets too. Excellent pratice for bombing and ACM I was doing a search to find the post i got it from becuase I cant limit the bots the way he said to.

Well I was bored so I just tried that mod. I installed it and everything, and when I try to play the map my game crashes.. arghh.

EDIT: Ok, so apparently it's only Dalian Plant that causes it to crash.

But it doesn't matter, cause this mod doesn't even work. You load the map, and it's a 16man with no bots....

What many people don't realize is that even though he calls it a "coop32" mod it's really just expanded maps. Co-op does not require a mod; it's just starting a SP game and others joining the game using the ip address. Also, I think codebasher's CoOp32 and Viathon's BF2SP64 maps are obsolete since we now have true 64-player SP versions of most of the maps (http://battlefieldsingleplayer.planetba … owforum=27). Even SP-enabled Mashtuur City and Kubra Dam.

Start a ordinary singleplayer game and simply have your friend connect to your ip.
