If you had to eat just one thing for every meal, what would it be?

Its the only thing ive eaten in the last 2 days and im doing just fine.

According to the packet: "Sunflower seeds are high in magnesium, important for healthy bones & turning food into energy. Great in muesli or as a snack".

Sounds - not very nice - to be honest, heh. I love bread, it is one of my favourite foods; living on sunflower seeds for the rest of your life isn't exactly a viable choice.
