Meh, sounds like making a big deal out of nothing. A little hands on experience can give todays smartass youth some perspective.

Would it be a problem if the teacher or the students were a color other than what they are? What if he tied up two white, asian, whatever kids? Would the NAACP still give a shit. What if the teacher were black? If the girls volunteered (I really don't see anyone just letting someone tie up their hands and feet in a class room unless they didn't mind) then there should be no problem. Fuck this story.
Sounds to me like it was in a safe, controlled environment and I doubt any student was forced to participate. Big deal out of nothing I say.
