Why are you two talking about something that is likely not going to happen? Waste of time.
You don't think a nuclear war is ever going to happen?
It's not a matter of "if", it's a matter of "when". It's almost certainly going to happen. Whether it's in the next 50 years, 100 years or next 1000 years...it's going to happen. Nuclear weapons are going to be used against someone.
Frankly, I place bets on India and Pakistan blowing each other to bits. Especially after the ruckus the Pakistani militants caused in India last week.
Yeah its possible its gonna happen but not anytime soon though international connections between countries are deteriorating and get more intense by the day. I think countries will avoid using nuclear tech for the next 20 years at least. But future is very uncertain.
The Doomsday clock is at only 5 minutes to midnight. The chance of a nuclear weapon being used against a country is
very realistic. As I said earlier, even a softball sized amount of Uranium could kill hundreds and thousands of people. With tensions mounting between India/Pakistan, Israel and the US/Iran and Russia/US, I really have no doubt a nuclear war will occur (and that doesn't necessarily mean the destruction of humanity) within atleast 200 or so years.
If we're even still around by then.
It's going to happen, there's really no question about it. The question is - will we be prepared, and how CAN we prepare?
