I charged my best friend's twin brother to fix his laptop. Does that make me a bad person?
Bought a Craftsman 8mm socket to replace the one I couldn't find, almost everything under my hood requires an 8mm. I must've left it on the radiator cover last time when I swapped to a different socket and just drove around until it fell off
i know that feel
I dropped a craftsman 5 degree slim profile reversible offset ratcheting combination wrench in a engine bay once. Couldn't figure out where it went. Looked for a 1/2 hour. Tried to get it to fall out by hitting bumps and slamming on the brakes. Never came out. It's probably still wedged in there somewhere. Had to buy it separately. It sucked because I bought them off a guy, they were new in pack for a good price. The missing one cost around $20 when purchased separately
Spoiler (highlight to read):
yeah i went there with the wrench description

Why don't you go to one of those technical institutes and become a certified mechanic?

Yeah I would be furious for the fact of losing the wrench and that the wrench was actually permanently stuck in the car as a monument of how much god hates you, lol. And especially if the wrench had sentimental value.west-phoenix-az wrote:

I'm better with computers than I am with cars, I've worked on them longer, lol. Cars also differ very much more from each other than computers do, I mostly only know about Fords, more specifically the no longer produced Panther platform.Jay wrote:

I think I have plenty of aptitude for both, but I have more experience with computers than with cars and that's what I feel more comfortable with.
Looks good, I will check it out
Lego 10188 Death Star. I have a severe Lego issue.. At least it was $60 off.

i wouldn't have figured you to be the type to read Rachel Carson. did you gift it?
Signed bottle of Ron de Jeremy rum.
Fitting that the file name ends with 69. Gonna save this baby for a special occasion.

Yeah, it fit nice and snugly. It's what I do on the weekends.

Nah, I have quite a few hippie enviro books. I don't necessarily agree with them (mostly I don't), but it's good to get different perspectives.13urnzz wrote:

I have Lewis Mumford working his way through my amazon wishlist soon too.

Transformers (Bubmblebee) shoes 4 in 1.
Fall seven times. Stand up eight.
Interesting... I can't work out where the top middle things go, though.
Those are ankle things
If you wanna have them middle high (like All Stars) that comes in the ankle area

Oh, and the top ones are Dr Marten heights. I see.
