To clarify even further, women in the military in Finland seldom stay as cannonfodder, but end up serving in the infantry as corporals or higher (still on the field). This is mainly due to the fact that the women who enlist (as we have conscription for men, voluntary for women) are motivated and with a goal to specialize themselves.

first of all girls got to catch up to this disadvantage and then their fellow soldiers have properly already gotten 20/30% more muscle than the awerage man, if not more. simply men can get more muscle than women so it makes no sense employing women who can't compete with a man if he did the same amount of training. it just cost to much money and it puts a stress on the womens fellow Boot camp grunts, because she will most likely have to getting her shit together when all the other lads already is far ahead of her. of course there can be exceptions but they are so rare that they are not worth looking for since you can get 10 men of the same build or higher than the woman at the same cost in recruitment and training.

Apparently the female body may be slightly better at coping with high G-forces than the male body, so possibly you could let the guys be the infantry and leave the skies to the women?

Touchy subject and one that you'll find a lot of walts start to emerge and think they know everything about it.
Simple answer, no. I work with female soldiers, and they struggle carrying the men. They need their own rooms, their own showers, they need to be paired together on exercises. They have periods, they are not as strong as men, they are a distraction to men, they make jobs harder.
There's the reasons. As for the countries that allow women, you'll notice they aren't battle proven. Countries that are in 1 or more wars a decade use men. For the above reasons. Plus what's the point. We have enough Men going for infantry as it is. Infantry is the fullest job right now.
