You dont need some sort of leaked report or a reporter to tell you.
It is only a target if someone has the will and the means to do it.

Look at it this way: If you were a terrorist and hated the US and had the option of blowing up a movie theater, park, or subway station that can thousands of people use and helps the economy more.
