Ut ohhhhhhhhhhhh, so you are telling me people going into debt is the solution? Or is it the problem? If it is the solution, then we should not have any issues to be solved because most of the people in the US are up to their gills in debt.TheAussieReaper wrote:

Sorry if you refuse to see the point I was making, I will try again, this time you can replace GFx cards with any luxery item you choose.
People are not in so bad of fthat they seem to be cutting back on technology/luxery items. In other words, if we are so bad off and people can not afford food and gas, where are they getting the money for all of this other bullshit?
You can still be in huge debt and buy whatever luxury item you want.
If it is the problem, then why are they going deeper into it, for shit other than food clothing etc. This would point to finacial irresponsibility and hardly anything more than a personal problem. It icetainly is not the govts. problem, nor is it my problem.
This brings us full circle to what I have been saying all along, there is no "economic crisis", there is a personal responsibility crisis, and all who exercise good judgement with money should not be held accountable for those that do not.
Get it through your head.
The loans people have made are now costing them much more than they would normally. It's not their fault that the banks collapsed. Is it?
Do you have any idea where the $700bn US went? It was put into banks so that people can still make home loans and car loans and not be crippled by high interest rates, or be refused outright.
If that were to happen the economy would grind to a halt completely.
