Once the map is loaded and the screen comes up to select teams the mouse will not move in my main account only. I switched from a ps/2 mouse to a usb mouse, reinstalled the game and it didn't fix the problem. I created a new account and the problem does not appear with it. So it appears to be a problem just with my main account. Is there a way i can reset the account without losing all my kills and stats?

what mouse is it?  that happend to me, i had a razer diamondback, i uninstalld the drivers for it an it works fine now   so maby try that?[

Happened once to me as well, I had to uninstall and reinstall a couple times, its worked great ever since.

That happened to me.  I've never been able to use that acc. again, but it only had like 300 pts.

Heres what I think-cause this happened to me.
Goto settings, and check your controls.If its all blank like mine was, siply hit reset to default.

P.S this is done before you enter a match.

Jestar was right. When I went to the control settings for the account, everything was blank! I just reset to default and the mouse worked fine the next time I entered a game. Thanks so much for the help, otherwise I would of had to start a new account!

Yeah i've had this happen, all of your mouse settings get wiped some how, just hit default and you're gtg.

Kinda happened to me too. As last resort, delete BF2 off your PC (including your a/c), and reinstall. You can get your a/c back from the EA BF2 servers. AS LAST RESORT ONLY. Reinstalling is a bit of a pig.......

go into controls, and reset all the controls to defualt using the lil, "Reset to Default" button.

Happens to me every time I change my clan tag

Should someone report this glitch to EA games so they can fix it in the next patch?
