I have used them when I was bouncing, it isn't 5hrs but does work. If you want to wake up try Redline. Shit's like crack in a bottle.
Your body can react pretty bad if you push it full of caffeine that are the main content in many of those drinks ... so if you feel you need one take it easy the first times and log the reactions ... a very few number of people can actually get caffeine poison ...

My buddy says they're awful, and as a chemist, I can not recommend ingesting such a large quantity of stimulants.
Caffeine doesn't work on me at all never has.

ginseng works really well and I think its better than caffiene so yah.
