i dont think that's even remotely possible. EA/DICE programmers dont care enough to put such a thing into the system and i dont see how it could happen accidentally

Hit reg changes so much even during a single round, who you are shooting at or when you relogin. You can go from having a guy standing right infront of you not moving and take 15-20 bullets to kill just because nothing is hitting. Then be able to take out multiple guys on the move with a single clip.
I get the same reg on all my accounts.
