That plan sounds cool though Roc. Thing is, losing or gaining weight is a lifestyle change and changing the way you live is a big deal. I want to gain weight but it costs a lot of money in protein shakes and food. Yeah it's possible, but it has to be sustainable. I imagine losing weight is easier because you just don't eat as much and exercise more. I think it's easier to endure hunger than to be bloated 24/7 just to gain weight.
putting on weight quickly can be just as bad. Don't ruin your metabolism like some body builders do.
Exercising with a chick you're not in a relationship with just so you can be attracted enough to bang her down the track seems a tad shallow to me.
