Also, tease/banter with her in a playful manner. Don't be insulting though because that will go down quickly, and not in the way you want.
Also, be decisive. Find out what she likes and make decisions based on those. Small example would be: don't say "do you want to get some icecream?" because that's lame. Instead say "do you like icecream?" (she's gonna say yes) and then say "cool, lets go over this way and get some". Just shows confidence and the whole "take control" thing which most girls like.
