Ok here is is the problem,
I played a while back, started with a profile called Sabre-Sonic, then me and a few friends started a clan and we all created new profiles. This profile was called [SUB]Sabre (this was before ingame prefix days). I belive i used the same E-mail for both.
Now i have reinstalled the game tonight and gone to the account retreival and entered the the E-mail and password but i only get the original profile.
I read somewhere that EA consolidated the accounts:
'everything has been fine until a couple weeks ago they consolidated my 2 accounts and now my scrrenname and my brothers both show up under my ea account. Ever since then i cant log into the game. Username and password incorrect.'
Is there any truth to this? and if so can i retreive my second one?
I tried the retreival by Nickname, 1st profile was fine, 2nd gives me a password error, but i cant reset it seperatly from the original profile.
There is a very small chance that i used a different Email, is there a way of finding out which E-mail address is tied to which profile?
Any help with this would be appreciated, thank you.
