Remove bag
Stir in sugars
Stir in milk til strong enough

I just usually drink it straight, after letting steep for about 5 minutes; I like mine strong. Occasionally I'll have some milk in it with a little sugar or honey, or just honey by itself.

Boil, then add water.
Then add milk.
Stir, and remove bag almost immediately.

Anastasija tea, 3 sugars, tad of milk, stir.

EDIT:

Put tea in bag.
Boil water.
Put bag in cup, water in cup.
Sit for 3-5 minutes.
Take up bag.
Put in 3 teaspoons of sugar.
Stir.
Put in a tad of milk.
Stir.

Drink.

good tea tastes nice, and if you make it just right it tastes even better. don't buy tea from machines, always make it yourself.

If it's tasteless you're making it wrong, and it's not meant to wake you up, it's meant to be a nice relaxing drink to give you a break from the shit that life throws at you. Coffee is for people who don't know how to relax.

A good cup of tea is lovely, beats coffee any day. Couple of rich tea biscuits or some shortbread .
