Well they have one dining hall (fucking dumb), a sort of shop and a small quick stop side market... and all 3 got shut down like 2 weeks ago because of health violations by the DOH. So they totally overhauled everything and brought in a new vendor, and they added a new order your own sushi bar in the shop. I'm pretty impressed. Chicken breast, stuffed with grated cheddar cheese, pesto, spring onions and garlic. Wrap that in a slice of ham, the make a glaze with tomato ketchup, honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar and garlic. Glaze that, then put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
And a side of buttery mashed potatoes.
