So are Big Macs, but I've never heard of kimchi-induced obesity. Maybe it's an acquired taste.uziq wrote:

Jay: that's actually reasonably priced for the ramen. As for the buns... that's some overpriced shit.

The only thing good about five guys is the Cajun fries. Their burgers are grease balls.SuperJail Warden wrote:

making a generic beef stew for dinner. "stew beef" wasn't on sale, but chuck roast was cheap as fuck so I figured I'd get it and cut it myself...

I can get top quality ramen down the street for like $8. $25 for cha siu bao and ramen is way too expensive.

I think Jay was talking about Gwa Bao's not cha sui's. But still, super pricey.
i can eat gua bao all fucking day. cha sui bao too, for that matter.
I live in the area with the highest concentration of Vietnamese outside of Vietnam. I really think I can get the most amazing pho outside of northern vietnam less than 5 miles from my house.

A small "loaf" of mushroom and veggie futomaki and six small, halved inari that tasted honey-sweetened. Bellevue Uwajimaya was out of gimbap, but I don't regret the alternative choices at all. Yum.

I glanced over that while eating lunch today. I don't quite understand how a claim of criminal behavior is suddenly brought out during a contract law case.
Duress and Coercion of the person. It allows parties to render the contract void as if they never existed, or it could be a breach of the terms of a contract (or implied terms) that allows Kesha to terminate the contract. A lot of the case has to do with the producers 'influence' over Kesha.DesertFox- wrote:

A lot of times there's issue of intimidation when it comes to cases of duress in contract law. In Barton v Armstrong, a man was essentially threatened into signing a deed. Court in the end set the contract void.
The problem with the case is that Kesha has a lack of evidence brought against the producer. Her claims may or may not be true, but a lot of SJW's are simply blaming the court system for not taking Kesha's side 'coz she's a woman' which is laughable at best.

Yeah, I understood the implication. Like you say in the last part though, there doesn't appear to be much substance exhibited beyond the accusation.Cybargs wrote:

EDIT: Also Raffles v. Wichelhaus is the best contract law case of all time.
