There was more than one Columbine shooter and both were practically adults at the time of the shooting, so yes, it may have been due to a bad upbringing ( which isn't likely, his parents were both religious and one was a US air force pilot ) but I wouldn't arrest or anally rape the parents of the columbine shooters either.
