i get this up everytime i try to start one of my games on steam.

can anybody help me please?

It could be possible that a lot of the Steam servers are in use.
You could try to restart Steam and see if that helps?
And are you sure it says the same error message after you try launching every game?

I've been getting that too, but trying it again worked for me.
