But get this, the Dem mayor warned them not to vote it down, he was even the one to make the deal they were voting on. Needless to say the public has spoken, and there are now over 20 newly formed groups dedicated to getting this city council changed in the next election. Ive never seen such a display of public outrage and i for one will be joining one of them so as to get them run out of office.
The above is an example of the Dem's slitting there own throats, and until they learn not to do this on a regular basis, i don't think we even have to worry about the original question.

While in most cultures it has become the accepted method under which procreation happens, marriage is not a requirement of this. There are also people are who are married and can't have kids. I personally know a DINK (Dual Income No Kids) couple that have been married for over 20 years, and their not having children was by choice.
