Well, in BIOS it was set at 1.4000, but it was showing on cpuz as 1.368, is that actually at 1.4 or is it safe to continue because it was actually 1.368?

Wrong. The CPU-Z, or BIOS voltage monitor are correct. Not the setting.

Will update chart tomorrow.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

The setting is what "BIOS" was in this context.

Is CPU-Z actually correct? I'm always pretty sceptical about it, seems miles off.

One of the most reliable programs there is.
