I've decided I don't understand the NFL, how come is it shit teams, after losing all of their games, suddenly beat really good teams?
Because shit teams always psyche themselves up when they play bigger teams, that goes for all sports in the world.ghettoperson wrote:

But also because American football is like that, it's probably one of the more evenly balanced pro leagues in the world.

New England Pats are my geographically local team, plus everyone hates them, so it only made sense for me to support them to my fullest extent
the patsies are at the end of a nice run. they demonstrated against Miami that their once mighty defense is done (see pass rush stats). Belichick may be offensive, but he's not offense minded.
i am so hoping for two undefeateds in the SB . . .
I assume you're talking about the Steelers-Browns game? The steelers have been shaky all year. But in general, teams with good records often get too cocky when they play losing teams, who are trying really hard for an upset winghettoperson wrote:

Nah, Cardinals - 49ers. I've had a whole season to get used to the Steelers playing like crap.S.Lythberg wrote:

What I said before then, too cocky, 49ers looking to embarrass them.
I think the real issue with the NFL is: when did it get so lopsided? In the last few years we've seen the number 16 pop up twice, and it looks like it may twice this year, why are the good so good and the bad so bad? There are five teams this year with 3 or less wins, two undefeateds, and mah bears, they are losin
be thankful you*re not a Raiders fan. parity is going, not quite gone, it is becoming the haves and the have nots. the patsies had to let Richard Seymore go, look what happened to their D. the salary cap takes its toll, so personally i don't see the Steelers of the 70's or the 49'ers of the 80's happening again . . .S.Lythberg wrote:

Woop, Saints - Cowboys on in a bit. Lets hope Hotspot Shield is up to streaming from the NFL site tonight.
There's a game on Saturday?ghettoperson wrote:

Yeah, not sure why though. Irritatingly the NFL stream has stopped working, and none of the MyP2P links are working for me so I've only watched the first quarter.
cowboys 14 saints 3 7:23 left in the second according to my phone
The site I normally use to watch online ( http://twitter.com/2k9Network ) isn't showing it
Anyone got a link?

Colts won yesterday. it's the time of the year - college football season's over, (bowl games are separate) so the NFL expands during the week.HaiBai wrote:

NFL site is showing it live which you can use if you use Hotspot shield. It's stopped fucking loading though, so I've missed about half an hour so far.Dauntless wrote:
