It's all a huge financial mistake, a lot of our good players are gonna have to go so that we can pay ridiculous amounts of money to a quarterback that fans still aren't even unanimously on board with yet after 5 years. I guess everybody figures we can't really do much better and Steve Bisciotti did promise him he could get paid just about whatever he wanted if they won the Superbowl, even more than Drew Brees before taxes.
To make matters worse, I heard a rumor that they're considering James Harrison now too, as though we really needed any more old guys on defense, he'll be 35 when the 2013 season starts.
On the bright side, they're putting $35 million in upgrades into the stadium including faster, more modern concession stands, huge LCD screens at the main entrances, more infoboards on the field, and a new brick & concrete style on the pillars, walls and overhangs made to make the stadium more resemble Camden Yards instead of a parking garage(hopefully they'll offer crab dishes in the concession stands soon too like Camden Yards does, gotta support the local products). Should be interesting to see some of the renovations when I go there for the Patriots game with some of my friends next season like we plan to
