Why didn't the Chinese just move it to a more historic, and cleaner city? I'm sure the IOC would have been fine with it, considering the travesty that is Bejing air quality.

Too bad that several Iraqi athletes won't be able to participate because the IOC fucked around and waited until after some team selection deadlines to reverse their abysmally bad decision.
