Not much of an excuse, you can barely hear people running in bf2 anyway, seriously. Maybe it's because I use low sound quality, I hate hearing all that extra derka derka shit, unless it could possibly benefit me hearing people from a distance. (?)
I use footsteps that i hear practically like UAV, surround sound is secks...
